About the Internship
Urban Creator is now recruiting for our 2026 Fall & Winter Design Marketing Internship Program.
This internship is ideal for students interested in integrated design marketing, marketing planning who are seeking hands-on experience working with Korean government organizations and leading Korean brands in the U.S. market.
Interns will gain exposure to how a marketing agency develops campaigns, and executes integrated marketing initiatives from planning to delivery.

Urban Creator Inc. is a marketing and creative agency based in Costa Mesa, California. We specialize in integrated campaigns, influencer marketing, offline activations, and creative content production for Korean and Asian brands entering the U.S. market. What You’ll Do
Design marketing assets for social media, digital ads, print materials, pitch decks, and event signage
Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency
Contribute ideas and concepts during team brainstorming sessions
Support the execution of content publishing across social and digital platforms
Conduct design research and stay current on creative and cultural trends in the U.S. and Korea
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Strong design fundamentals with attention to typography, color, and layout
Fluent in Korean (required)
Excellent time management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Strong proficiency in layout design and typography
Experience with Adobe After Effects or basic animation tools (a plus, not required)
Understanding of preparing files for print production (bleeds, CMYK, packaging)
Familiarity with digital content specs across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Job Type: Part-Time Internship(25h / week)
