Training: Initial Onboarding: 86-day structured onboarding period with daily coaching, training, and accountability. Agents are logged into all systems and begin making phone calls within 2 days of signing the team agreement. Ongoing Training: Weekly trainings, listings masterminds, one-on-one coaching sessions, and sales meetings twice per month.
Support Staff
Full operations team includes: Operations Manager, Sales Manager, TC Manager, 2 ISAs, 3 Transaction Coordinators, Licensed Listing Manager, and Onboarding Manager.
