Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain optimal appearance and hygiene
- Handle laundry services for clients’ linens or uniforms as needed with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage
- Manage your schedule effectively to complete assigned jobs on time while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines safely
