Job Description:
Urban Clean is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to grow in their career. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for the overall operations of the office and will support the executive team in their daily activities.
Job Requirements:
·Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
·2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
·Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
·Ability to multi-task.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
·Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency.
·Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
·Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist executive team with managing day-to-day operations and managing social media accounts, including posting, editing, and deleting content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Support personal assistant with administrative tasks as needed (i.e., filing paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments).

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per day
