Role Description
This is a full-time Architect/Designer II/III, on-site role, located in Matthews , NC, at Urban Architectural Group. The role involves collaboration in architectural design projects, with emphasis on multi-family residential living projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing and drafting architectural plans, integrating industry-standard software into project development, overseeing project phases to ensure timely delivery. The role also requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations and sustainable design principles.
- Proficiency in architectural software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent is preferred.
- Additional proficiency in design software such as Adobe illustrator, Lumion and Sketchup a plus.
- Previous experience in mixed-use, multi-family and commercial projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
