• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Manage reservations, issue confirmations, and coordinate changes or cancellations as required.
• Ensure compliance with international travel requirements, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Promote and market travel packages, special offers, and destination experiences.
• Stay current with industry certifications, supplier training, and travel technology platforms.

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
