We are looking for an energetic, organized, and hospitality-minded Cafe Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. As the heart of the Urban Air Cafe, you will ensure that every guest—from birthday party groups to local families—enjoys high-quality snacks, treats, and refreshments in a clean and friendly environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy atmosphere and can balance the "fun" of an adventure park with the "fast" of a busy cafe.

Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, point-of-sale (POS) management and cash handling while maintaining a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Inventory & Ordering: Keep proper inventory levels of all products including food, paper goods, plasticware and cleaning supplies. Maintain effective stock control, storage, and rotation to minimize waste
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train and work with managers to schedule cafe staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain food safety standards. Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine cafe environment and ensure 100% compliance with local health department regulations and safety protocols and ServSafe guidelines. Maintain café equipment and schedule for regular maintenance.
- Guest Experience: Resolve guest inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of a year (2 years preferred) in food service or retail management (experience in a high-volume entertainment or family-oriented venue is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must. The ability to multitask in a loud, active environment is required. Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, have a positive attitude and work well with others!
- Certifications: ServeSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire) is required.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as these are our peak times for family fun.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
