Our Urban Air Marketing Manager is responsible for selling custom experiences such as school field trips, corporate events, and more. They will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and brand to brand relations. Key duties include outbound prospecting to local organizations, designing event packages that include attractions and food, and attending community events to dive brand awareness and event bookings. A successful candidate is personable, has strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences. A marketing back ground is required. The compensation package for this role will be a hourly rate plus competitive commissions for secured events.
Duties / Requirements
- Meeting event sales quotas monthly.
- Engaging potential clients and reporting results daily.
- Ensuring next level guest relations with every contact made.
- Visiting school campuses, religious organizations, community functions and more, to build brand awareness.
- Traveling across Lafayette and Denham Springs, and surrounding areas on a regular basis to various touch points for role agendas.
- Directly reporting to executive team members to share results, obtain constructive and corrective feedback, and forge new plans during various seasonal changes.
