A Party Host at Urban Air Adventure Park is responsible for creating a lively and memorable experience for party guests by managing every aspect of the party, from welcoming guests to organizing activities and serving food. The primary goal is to ensure each event runs smoothly, is fun, and provides excellent customer service for both children and parents.
• Greet and welcome party guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Set up the party room, keep it clean, and ensure all party preparations are complete before guests arrive.
• Coordinate with parents or organizers to ensure party details and expectations are met.
• Serve food and refreshments, such as pizza and cake, in a timely manner.
• Facilitate party activities, keep the energy high, and engage with children and parents throughout the event.
• Transition between parties efficiently, preparing the room for the next event.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior experience in hospitality or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a people-oriented personality are essential.
• Ability to work at least two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to various roles within the park.
