Revenue and Events Coordinator

Revenue & Events Coordinator – Bilingual Required (Sales & Marketing)

Pay: $17–$20/hour commission

We're looking for an experienced sales and community engagement professional to grow local revenue through outreach, event bookings, and strategic partnerships. This is not a first job in sales — we need someone who already knows how to build relationships, manage a pipeline, and close.

What You'll Do

· Cold call and build relationships with schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, and local businesses

· Qualify and follow up on all leads; book traditional group events (field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties)

· Escalate large/non-traditional bookings to regional or director level

· Represent the company at networking events and chamber functions

· Forward qualified leads to the Marketing & Sales Manager

· Execute local promotions and in-park activations as directed by centralized leadership

· Maintain in-park signage/flyers

· Create short-form TikTok content per brand guidelines

· Submit weekly activity reports; join weekly check-ins

Required Qualifications

· 3 years in business development, sales, event sales, or Local Store Marketing

· Bilingual fluency required (English Spanish)

· Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/reporting tools

· Reliable transportation for local outreach and events

· Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities

Preferred

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality

· Experience across multiple locations/territories

· Prior leadership or supervisory experience
