NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME PARTY EVENT COORDINATOR
Location: Urban Air
Urban Air is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Party Event Coordinator to join our team full-time! This role oversees every aspect of the Urban Air Birthday Party experience—from initial communication and planning to flawless day-of execution.
The ideal candidate leads by example, maintains a positive culture, and ensures every guest enjoys an unforgettable celebration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Training
- Train, coach, and supervise party hosts; hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding service
- Maintain a positive, efficient, and profitable working environment
- Assist with operations and shift management during slower months (typically summer)
Party Execution
- Oversee booking, organization, and execution of all birthday parties and special events
- Communicate consistently and professionally with guests throughout the planning process
- Prepare necessary party paperwork: pizza order lists, party host clipboards, manager copies
- Follow up with past events to encourage surveys and rebooking
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism while upholding company policies
- Communicate key event details and needs with management
Guest Experience
- Meet and uphold Urban Air operational and guest service standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff
- Deliver an outstanding experience through exceptional food, drinks, attractions, and games
- Continuously improve processes with attention to detail
Growth & Leadership
- Be a brand ambassador and culture champion
- Demonstrate leadership potential with the goal of growing into a multi-location leader
REQUIREMENTS
- Hospitality experience REQUIRED
(Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and conflict-management skills
- Proven organizational and supervisory abilities
- Ability to meet expected financial goals in areas of responsibility
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends (Friday–Sunday required)
- Understanding of marketing strategies, including social media
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
