Employment Type: Full-Time | Must be available weekends and holidays.
Minimum 3 years of Hospitality experience required (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants).

Your Role:
As an Assistant Operation lead, you’ll help lead daily operations while creating a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and staff. You’ll motivate the team, uphold our standards, and contribute to Urban Air’s mission of delivering adventure and excitement every day.
Key Responsibilities: People Leadership
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team members
- Foster a fun, engaging, and team-focused culture
- Lead by example and provide coaching to drive high performance
- Coordinate and execute employee recognition and incentive programs
Operations Management
- Oversee daily park operations, including attractions, café, and party services
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security throughout the facility
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
- Maintain high customer service standards and resolve guest concerns
- Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 years in hospitality or entertainment (theme parks, restaurants, hotels, etc.)
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- People Skills: Builds positive relationships with staff, guests, and vendors
- Problem Solving: Able to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently
- Integrity: Strong judgment and commitment to ethical leadership
