Location: St. Robert, MO (Relocation Required) Salary: $95,000 – $110,000/year (DOE) Retention Bonus Job Type: Full-time, Salaried
THE GIST: We are a privately-owned commercial development and hospitality/entertainment company (Uranus Missouri Town Centre) based in St. Robert, MO. This is not a clipboard-only job. You will be on-site, in the details, solving real problems. If you like owning outcomes and being trusted to run your lane, keep reading.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Run the Show: Manage multiple repair, remodel, and construction projects from napkin sketch to final walkthrough.
- Build Your Army (Immediately): Your first priority is to hire and manage your own internal carpentry and maintenance crew. We provide the budget; you find the talent you trust.
- Execute: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors. Keep schedules honest and budgets tight.
- No Red Tape: You report directly to the Owner. No committees, no waiting months for approval.
THE PACKAGE (WHY YOU SHOULD MOVE ON THIS OPPORTUNITY):
- 30 Days Housing Provided: We will put you up for your first month so you can land softly and focus on the job.
- Retention Bonus: Substantial cash bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment.
- Real Authority: You aren't buried under layers of approval. Your decisions stick.
- Competitive Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience: 10 years in construction or facilities project management.
- Safety Conscious: OSHA 30 Certification is a strong plus. (We hate red tape, but we run a safe, legal site).
- A Builder, not just a Manager: You are comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
- Results over Paperwork: We value completed projects over PMP certifications, but if you have them, we respect the discipline.
- Thick-skinned: You can handle a high-pace, direct, entrepreneurial environment.
HOW TO APPLY: Submit your resume and a brief note telling us about the largest crew or most complex project you've managed solo.
