Administrative Assistant
Uranus Missouri Location – St. Robert, MO
Full-Time | $18–$20 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Missouri location. This role plays an important part in keeping the office organized, supporting financial and HR administrative tasks, and assisting site leadership with operational coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers and documents, and enjoys supporting a fast-moving retail and operations environment. This position works closely with the General Manager, the Chief Brand Officer, and our head bookkeeper to ensure key administrative processes run smoothly.
This is a full-time, onsite role (40 hours per week). The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Light Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Track and record daily sales reports
- Scan and organize invoices and financial documents
- Assist with accounts payable tasks including bill payment coordination
- Support payroll processing and related documentation
- Work with the head bookkeeper to ensure financial records remain organized and up to date
HR & Employee Administration
- Process new hire paperwork and employee documentation
- Enter new employees into payroll and HR systems
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks
- Maintain organized personnel documentation
Operations & Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Chief Brand Officer
- Assist with preparation and coordination for staff meetings
- Take meeting notes and track follow-up items
- Support vendor coordination and supply ordering
- Help track inventory and office supplies
- Answer phones and assist with general office communication
- Maintain filing systems and administrative records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of administrative, office support, bookkeeping, or payroll-related experience
- Experience using QuickBooks required
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) required
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information professionally
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
