- What will you do?**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Performs, supervises or assists with residents assessment and documentation
- Perform skin assessments weekly and PRN on indicated residents
- Assists with assuring that quality care is provided through QI Mentors, rounds, chart reviews, etc.
- Participates with precepting of nursing personnel
- Serves as clinical resource person to CNAs, LPNs and other associates
- Assist with development of nursing and ICP
- Monitors nursing personnel compliance with resident care plans
- Coordinates clinical care of residents with nursing personnel
- Assures that physician orders are carried out and integrated into resident care plans
- Continually enhances clinical knowledge in long term care and shares information as appropriate
- Responsible for creating a culture of accountability within the framework of a positive work environment
- NYS Licensed RN required
- 2 years of long term care experience preferred
- Strong physical assessment skills
- Supervision skills/experience
- Strong oral and written communication
- Adaptability - Assistant Nurse Manager must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the resident. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the resident's status and interpret each resident's requirements relative to age specific needs and to the care needed

- Position Pay Range:** $80,000-95,000/year
- Starting Pay:** Based on experience
