Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Recruiter to source, screen and hire qualified home care professionals and administrative staff to support the agency’s staffing needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality care by maintaining a strong and reliable workforce.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for clinical and administrative roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Serve as liaison with recruitment platforms and contract agencies.
- Promote the organization’s mission and values to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, community outreach, job fairs, and social media.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and retention trends.
- Manage and track the recruitment budget.
- Distribute and track completion of 90-day employee and manager surveys.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years recruiting experience (home care, healthcare, or staffing industry preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paychex preferred).
Physical Requirements: The role is primarily office-based and does not require lifting, standing, or sensory skills beyond normal workplace expectations. Occasional lifting of light objects, up to 5 lbs (e.g., files or office supplies), may be required.

Salary Range: $67,700 - $111,717
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job family. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
