You’ll be a key part of our HR operations, helping with:Talent Acquisition & OnboardingPosting and maintaining job openingsReviewing and routing resumesProcessing new hiresConducting new hire orientations (yes, you’ll be the welcoming face!)Maintain recruitment and onboarding documentationCompliance & HR OperationsMaintain accurate personnel files and HR recordsTrack employee training, certifications, and required reportingAssist with audits (I-9, benefits, personnel files)Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports as neededAnd above all—handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.What Makes You a Great FitYou’re someone who:Has 4 years of progressive HR experienceHolds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Possesses strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesHas exceptional interpersonal skills and handles confidential matters with discretionBrings poise, tact, and diplomacy to every interactionThrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple prioritiesHas strong attention to detail (you catch the small stuff!)Communicates clearly and confidently with employees at all levelsBuilds positive working relationships across departmentsWhere You’ll Fit InYou’ll report directly to the Human Resources Manager and serve as a key contributor to the HR function.
