Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, California, for a Food Server at Nicks Cafe. The Food Server will greet and take customer orders, deliver food and beverages, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The role also includes communicating menu options and making recommendations to enhance the dining experience, along with collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service handling
- Cooking skills and an understanding of basic food preparation processes are an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on teamwork
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service role is a plus
