Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational development, enhance employee experience, and support our company’s growth objectives. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to attract top candidates through innovative sourcing methods and social media management.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
  • Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning to ensure high performance standards.
  • Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA regulations to support employee well-being and legal adherence.
  • Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and other regulatory requirements using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Coordinate project management activities related to HR initiatives such as change management strategies or organization design projects.
  • Maintain accurate data collection, data entry, and HR documentation using platforms like Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro for payroll processing and workforce management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance protocols.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar systems; experience with ATS like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging employees at all levels and managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining meticulous records through data collection and data entry processes.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting strategic planning efforts.
  • Administrative experience in benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), or HR sourcing is highly desirable. Pay: $63,888.18 - $76,940.59 per year
