Speech-Language Pathologist (Independent Contractor)
Upword Speech Therapy – Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi
Upword Speech Therapy is a highly rated pediatric speech therapy practice serving families across Oʻahu. We're a small, supportive, and collaborative team looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join us as independent contractors.
Immediate Need
We are currently seeking SLPs to provide in-person pediatric speech therapy in Kailua, Kāneʻohe, Honolulu, Hawaiʻi Kai, and surrounding areas.
We'd also love to connect with SLPs across Oʻahu. Our practice is growing, and additional caseload opportunities may become available in other areas of the island.
Daytime and after-school caseload opportunities are available. Virtual sessions may also be available based on clinician licensure, experience, and client needs.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Hawaiʻi Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Pediatric experience
- Reliable transportation for in-person sessions
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
