About the Opportunity:Upward On is seeking an Executive Recruiter to work closely with a Senior Executive Recruiter on retained and contingent searches within real estate and adjacent industries. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, professional, and motivated to build a long-term career in executive search. You will not be expected to do any business development. You will have a full pipeline of potential placements, it is up to you and sky is the limit! We are looking for someone who is professional, polished, and hardworking, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
