It's no wonder 98% of patients report being fully satisfied with Upward Health!Job Title & Role Description:The Supervisor, Clinical Operations oversees the day-to-day activities of Upward Health's Care Specialists, guiding a team that includes medical assistants, certified nursing assistants, community health workers, and peer support specialists. This role involves supervising and coordinating the work of Care Specialists, supporting training efforts, ensuring care coordination across medical and behavioral providers, and providing assistance to patients.
