Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with customers through in-person interactions.
- Learn and present our products and services with confidence.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work IN PERSON at our Center City Philadelphia office.
