We specialize in early intervention, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to enhance communication, social, and adaptive functioning skills while decreasing maladaptive behaviors. Our goal is to empower families with tools and therapies to support children's transition into less restrictive environments, leading to life-changing outcomes.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The BCBA will oversee and manage behavior analysis programs for children with autism, provide direct support and supervision to behavior technicians, conduct assessments, create individualized behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based ABA strategies. The role also involves collaborating with parents and caregivers to provide training and education and working closely with a team of clinicians to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Skills in Parent Education and engagement, as well as competency in Behavior Management strategies
- Background knowledge in Psychology and an understanding of child development
- Ability to develop data-driven behavior intervention plans and monitor progress
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is highly beneficial
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
