Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate session data
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families and staff
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout sessions
