Key Responsibilities
- Restore and repair surfaces including countertops, bathtubs, tile, wood, fiberglass, laminate, cultured marble, furniture, and more.
- Apply proprietary techniques for chip repair, crack repair, color matching, and surface refinishing
- Operate specialized equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain detailed documentation of all projects
- Delivering exceptional client experience to our commercial and residential clients
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and equipment

Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving/critical thinking ability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or repair services preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
- Full color vision required (color matching is critical for restoration work)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30-5 (start/end varies). Occasional Nights and weekends may be requested based on customer schedules (additional incentive pay and offsetting day off during whenever possible).
