We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful Property Manager to lead our Burlington, Kentucky team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving property performance, this is the role for you!

💼 About the Role

As Property Manager, you will oversee the operational, financial, and personnel management of a residential apartment community. You’ll lead a team, manage budgets, optimize leasing performance, and ensure properties are maintained to Uptown’s high standards.

This is a full-time, salaried position with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing, dynamic company.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Direct overall operations, financial performance, and personnel management of the community

• Lead and manage a team, maintaining a professional, positive environment

• Manage rent collection, revenue growth, and financial reporting to achieve targets

• Monitor and adjust market rates, oversee leasing performance, and maintain occupancy

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and control expenses

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments to maintain property standards

• Provide innovative solutions to engage and retain residents

• Resolve resident issues promptly, cost-effectively, and with excellent hospitality

• Oversee maintenance work order management to ensure rapid resolutions and resident satisfaction

✅ What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management

• Experience managing a team of one or more members

• Property management software experience (Rent Manager preferred)

• Financial acumen to manage budgets and expenses

• Experience overseeing work orders and resident satisfaction

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
