As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning team!

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role, with an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. We’re looking for team players who are ready to grow their skills and careers in a supportive environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections

• Complete quarterly in-unit inspections

• Report on conditions of equipment, units, and assets

• Assist with unit turnovers and make-readies

• Help with inventory management

• Drive company vehicle between multiple properties

• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors

• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates

• Adapt to changing priorities across various sites

✅ What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Familiarity with iPhone (or willingness to learn)

• 1 year of experience in at least one of the following:

  • Light plumbing/electrical

  • HVAC troubleshooting

  • Apartment turnovers/make-ready

  • Carpentry, painting, or general maintenance

• Comfortable with hand tools

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training

• Physical ability to perform moderately to heavily demanding tasks, including:

  • Climbing ladders (up to 9 ft), working overhead

  • Lifting/moving up to 50lbs

  • Frequent kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking
