Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Oxnard, CA. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Daily tasks include checking orders for accuracy, loading and securing food items, following delivery routes, and handling payments or verifying electronic transactions. The role also involves providing friendly customer service at the door, answering basic questions about the menu or order, and communicating with the store team about delivery times and any issues. When not on the road, the Delivery Driver will assist in-store with light food prep, order packing, cleaning tasks, and supporting the overall operation as needed. Adherence to traffic laws, food safety standards, and company procedures is expected at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including friendly communication and a professional, respectful attitude with all guests and team members.
- Basic food and beverage handling skills, with an understanding of food safety, order accuracy, and maintaining product quality during delivery.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
