Pharmacy Technician

CPHT or experience preferred. On job training will be provided.

Applicant must be available M-F. 8:30A-6P & Sat 9A-12P and have a flexible schedule. If not currently nationally certified must achieve CPHT or equivalent within 6 months.

Pay rate is $18-$24/HR depending on experience.

Job responsibilities primarily include accurate prescription entry, answering telephones, customer service, running point of sale, local deliveries, coordinating MedSync program, processing daily deposits, inventory management, clerical, billing, filing, light maintenance and housekeeping, but may include other duties as the work environment demands. This position will have a focus on OTC inventory management and accounting in addition to traditional technician duties.

There is an opportunity for the right individual to take the lead on many pharmacy services and programs outside traditional dispensing roles.

Qualified candidates must have excellent computer skills, customer service skills, ability to problem solve, and an outgoing personality.
