Join Our Guest Experience Team!We are hiring friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agents who enjoy working with people and providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist hotel guests
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests
- Process payments accurately
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
- Hotel experience is ideal but not required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Good communication and computer skills
- Technically savvy, with fluency in Google Workspace and comfort using Windows PCs & iOS devices
- Experience with hotel PMS/POS software; familiarity with Mews is a huge plus but not mandatory
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual is a plus!
