Shifts range between 35-40 hours.
- Shifts are available 7 days per week. *
Weekend shift mandatory
- Must have a DSP Dispatcher experience.
Pay Rate - $24/hour
What You'll Do:
As a dispatcher you will be responsible to streamline dispatch operations to enhance efficiency and delivery performance and safety. Update the policies for employees to motivate and retain top talent and Manage day-to-day business operations, including DA routes, scheduling, and time management. Optimize fixed and variable costs such as insurance, telecommunications, fuel, and other operational expenses. Develop and implement robust company policies to ensure safety, training and vehicle maintenance updates. Provide daily and weekly operational reports to senior management. Manage relationships with key vendors, including those for accounting, hiring, and other essential services.
