We’re looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from contract to completion—driving schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage 2–5 residential projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain schedules in Buildertrend
- Coordinate all subcontractors and material deliveries
- Track budgets, approve invoices, and forecast costs
- Communicate directly with clients and lead project meetings
- Identify and solve issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Perform regular site visits and enforce quality standards
- Manage punch lists and closeout

Requirements
- 3 years managing residential construction projects

Compensation
- Base salary performance bonus (profit, schedule, client experience)
