Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Store Manager for our Uptown Cheapskate location in Brandon, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer experience, sales performance, and inventory control. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing retail loss prevention, and achieving sales targets. The position requires a strong emphasis on fostering customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming, dynamic shopping environment.
