Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position:
- Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)
- Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
- Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
- Assist with running the store with passion and drive
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 2 years
- Must have 1-2 years Retail Management within the last 3 years
- Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner
- Must have open availability on weekends
- Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
- Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
- Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC! Be Ready to hit the ground running everyday!
