What We're Looking For
We're looking for outgoing, dependable team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and take pride in creating a great customer experience.
What You'll Do
Our location experiences a high volume of customers, which means maintaining awareness and communication is important.
Ideal Candidate comfortable with aiding in employee saftey!!
For this positions we are looking for someone willing to be the voice and point person for difficult customers, help deter theft and make our younger staff of mostly womens feel a little more safe and comfortable at work. This is NOT a security or Assesst protection position, and you will still be expected to maintain basic functions of the Sales Associate role, while also being willing to interact with potential theft customers, angry customers and escort or be present for the young girls at closing shifts.
Most shifts will be evening shifts. This is a new position with a slight different focus than we are used to so we are happy to discuss what it looks like with any interested party.
