Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant and nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about hospitality.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, taking the time to explain daily specials and answer any questions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served in compliance with health guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive dining atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in alignment with restaurant hours.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among staff members.
