As a Technology Product Management Associate Director at Wolters Kluwer Health, you’ll shape the next generation of our mobile-first, AI-enabled solutions, working on products that help millions of clinicians and patients make better decisions every day. You’ll bring a consumer mindset to healthcare — designing for trust, usability, and engagement, not just functionality. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to understand the full user journey — from awareness and activation through retention — and lead initiatives that make our products feel effortless, human, and impactful. What You’ll Do Lead high-impact strategic product initiatives from concept to launch. Champion user-centered design and rapid experimentation. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver elegant, scalable mobile experiences. Use research, analytics, and insight to guide product direction and measure success. Connect the dots across the user journey — partnering with marketing to ensure seamless activation and engagement. Explore how AI and emerging technologies can create smarter, more personalized experiences. Engage with key stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure long-term product roadmaps align with business objectives and market success. Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Familiarity with mobile monetization strategies (e.g., subscriptions, in-app purchases). Experience launching mobile products in international markets. What You Bring 10 years of product management experience, including 5 leading mobile app products. Experience building consumer-grade mobile apps — ideally in healthcare or other regulated, high-trust industries. Strong collaboration skills with Design, Research, and Marketing teams. Deep empathy for users — clinicians, patients, or both — and the ability to translate insight into action. Curiosity and creativity in using new technologies, notably AI, to solve real problems. Bachelor’s degree in Technology, business or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
