What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Growth position at UpTk?
UpTk is the leading affiliate management platform for TikTok Shop brands. We help brands automate outreach, manage affiliates, and scale GMV faster than ever. Hundreds of TikTok Shops already use our platform, and we’ve grown to $1M ARR in under a year. Now, we’re looking for our first Head of Growth to take us from $1M → $10M ARR.
- Own UpTk’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Build repeatable growth engines through partnerships, events, content, and community
- Lead demand generation efforts — experiments, funnels, and paid channels
- Collaborate with founders to refine positioning and GTM strategy
- Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics to drive decision-making
- Build and manage a lean growth team over time
- 4 years experience in growth, marketing, or demand generation (startup experience preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from early traction to $10M ARR
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth levers and experimentation frameworks
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for speed and action
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving startup environment
- Bonus: experience in eCommerce, social commerce, or affiliate marketing
