Job description:ResponsibilitiesPlan all jobs to ensure accurate use of raw materials (reduce waste)Allocate raw material to all jobsMaintain a raw material inventory listMaintain a REM inventory listEffectively collaborate with manufacturing and quality departmentsEnsure all production data is gathered and reported correctly dailyRemain current of Aerospace SpecificationsRemain current with Customer SpecificationsSupport and improve upon quality initiatives designed to meet plant goalsCoordinate with all outside service providers to ensure production schedules and targets are metCreate and receive outside processing purchase ordersOther duties as assignedQualificationsMust demonstrate knowledge of sound business practices.Attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Sage (MAS) experience a plus.Demonstrated ability to develop, relentlessly execute and deliver results in conformance with action plans.Proven analytical, problem solving, and process improvement ability.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations and priorities.
