What You'll Do:
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability of processes
- Provide front-line equipment troubleshooting support
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues
- Develop and optimize preventative maintenance programs
- Lead equipment modification and upgrade projects
- Execute equipment Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV)
- Adhere to and promote regulatory compliance standards and safety culture
- Collaborate with industry clients and the Uptime network
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 0-10 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or chemical manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
- Ability to travel to client sites when needed
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
