Are you mechanically inclined, good at fixing things, or the person others turn to when equipment stops working?
Maybe you have experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automotive, maintenance, or another technical trade. Or maybe your skills come from working hands-on with equipment, machinery, tools, electronics, or complex systems.
Either way, you may already have the aptitude needed to build a career in the semiconductor industry.
Uptime Crew is looking for talented, hands-on problem solvers interested in building a career in semiconductors and willing to work in N. Phoenix, AZ.
No semiconductor experience is required. Qualified candidates will receive paid, specialized training designed to prepare them to join Uptime Crew’s workforce supporting some of the world’s leading semiconductor companies.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are interested in people who are mechanically or technically inclined and enjoy understanding how things work, diagnosing problems, and fixing them.
Your experience might include:
- Electrical or electronics
- Mechanical systems
- HVAC and refrigeration
- Industrial or facility maintenance
- Automotive, diesel, or small-engine repair
- Farm, construction, or heavy equipment
- Aviation or marine maintenance
- Manufacturing or production equipment
- Electromechanical systems
- Commercial equipment or technical systems
- Military technical occupations
- Skilled trades
- Other hands-on work involving tools, machinery, equipment, electronics, or troubleshooting
No Prior Experience Required!
You do not need to come from a traditional technical career.

Pay: $45,000 - $68,000
