Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to Finish (Average 70 hours/week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Technician for our 2nd shift operation in Midland, TX. This is a basic warehouse role focused on handling incoming and outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work long hours, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Package, label, and prepare items for outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to work long shifts and overtime regularly
- Dependable transportation to and from work
