We're looking for our first dedicated Field Marketing Manager in the US to help us build our brand, generate pipeline, and become a key partner to our growing commercial team.
Important: This is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can work from our Miami Brickell WeWork office at least 3 or 4 days per week.
Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Your Mission
You won't simply execute marketing campaigns.
You'll help define how Uptale wins the US market.
Working closely with our US Sales team, Customer Success Manager, global Marketing team based in Paris, and company leadership, you'll design and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen our brand, and accelerate revenue growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution and wants to build something from the ground up inside a fast-growing international SaaS company.
What You'll DoGenerate Pipeline
- Partner closely with the US Sales team to generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Build and execute account-based and field marketing initiatives targeting priority industries.
- Develop campaigns that support both outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Track marketing performance and continuously optimize pipeline generation.
Events & Field Marketing
- Own the strategy and execution of trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, customer events, and webinars.
- Work with customers and partners to organize joint events and speaking opportunities.
- Ensure every event delivers measurable business impact and strong ROI.
- Support the sales team before, during, and after events to maximize pipeline creation.
Content & Industry Positioning
- Adapt global marketing content for the North American market.
- Develop industry-specific messaging and campaigns for key verticals including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, transportation, energy, and more.
- Coordinate customer success stories, case studies, webinars, videos, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with our global marketing team to continuously improve messaging and positioning.
Brand Growth
- Increase Uptale's visibility across North America.
- Identify creative opportunities to build awareness and generate demand.
- Launch new initiatives, partnerships, campaigns, and marketing experiments.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Compensation & Eligibility
- $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys building.
You probably have experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up where marketing was directly responsible for creating pipeline and supporting sales.
You enjoy owning projects from idea to execution and aren't afraid to test new approaches.
We're especially interested if you have:
- 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or product marketing.
- Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams.
- A proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through marketing initiatives.
- Experience organizing events, webinars, conferences, or field marketing programs.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A highly proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to Enterprise Learning & Development or Industrial customers.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- French is a plus, but not required.
