Customer Success Manager (Miami, FL)
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Miami to lead the deployment and success of immersive training programs for our enterprise customers. Your mission will be to drive adoption, demonstrate business impact, and help our clients scale their training initiatives globally.
As part of the Customer Success team, and in close collaboration with Account Managers, Product, Production, and Learning Experts, you will play a key role in helping customers achieve measurable outcomes with Uptale.
- Partner with customers and internal experts to design impactful training programs.
- Define execution plans, support program launches, and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, and oversee production with assigned designers.
- Lead key customer engagements, including onboarding sessions, workshops, launch events, demonstrations, and business reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality standards and a strong customer experience.
- Drive successful pilot programs and large-scale deployments across new and existing accounts.
- Increase adoption, engagement, and long-term value among target audiences.
- Measure, communicate, and demonstrate program impact through KPIs and business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior executives.
- Identify opportunities to expand and scale customer programs across teams, sites, and geographies.
- $80,000β$110,000 OTE, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- You have experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Consulting, Training, or another customer-facing role within a B2B environment.
- You have successfully managed complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently.
- You excel at influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- You are comfortable leading client discussions, workshops, and presentations.
- You are willing and able to travel regularly to customer sites, industry events, and company gatherings.
- You are passionate about training, learning technologies, or digital learning.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- You make data-driven decisions and are focused on delivering measurable business results.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in industrial environments, operations, manufacturing, or frontline workforce training.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, SaaS solutions, or instructional content creation tools.
- Fluency in French.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
