Overview: Cleaner located in Clay, NY
Part time position - Located in Clay, 7.5 hours per week.
6:00pm - 7:30pm
Wage - $17.25/hr
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
Duties:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
Follow established safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
