Overview
Syracuse Territory Manager (STM) will have direct responsibility for Sales and Profit within the Central New York geographic area. STM works with inside sales staff and customers to define residential and commercial product needs and provide seamless delivery of services. Supports inside sales staff in the design, application, and sales solutions for commercial projects. Communicates directly with HVAC customers in response to complex commercial and residential needs.
Duties
1. Generate residential and commercial sales for Upstate Systems.
2. Develop and retain Dealers (Contractors) for year over year sales growth.
3. Must be knowledgeable of residential matched systems and learn how to use AHRI’s website to provide AHRI certificates with non-Bosch products.
4. Sales planning for multiple clients.
5. Proficient in time management and scheduling customer appointments.
6. Relationship development for multiple clients.
7. Delegation abilities to utilize inside sales and other staff to grow your individual sales.
8. Ability to quote HVAC projects.
9. Coordination of logistics; work as a liaison between the factory and the Company.
10. Assist customers and our Sales Team with residential and commercial based questions pertaining to availability of product.
Requirements

Level Summary
1. Five to seven years of related experience in HVAC industry.
2. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with Technical/Trade school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Candidates with HVAC Sales experience that will need further development to become a STM will be appropriately considered.

Pay: $74,880.00 - $82,240.00 per year
