What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation and Structural Repair Crew Member position at Upstate Structural Repair?
Upstate Structural Repair has been in business since 2016 and, together, possesses more than 50 years of construction industry experience. Our expertise includes proper building practice and skilled repairs of the most common issues (and extreme cases) such as dry rot, termite damage, slanted floors, dipped floors, and bouncy floors; structural errors in newer homes, such as un and under-supported loads, or cracking slabs; and more.
We are looking for installer crew members who will
- Participate in all aspects of construction projects, from foundation to framing
- Utilize available resources to perform duties efficiently
- Perform work safely by following all standards for performance
- Function as part of a collaborative effort, and work closely with other team members and construction industry professionals
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
This work takes place primarily in a crawlspace and involves working in tight spaces, and digging in the yard for foundation repairs. We work as a team and at the end of every day you will leave with the satisfaction that you improved and fixed someones home.
Salary : $16 - $25
