Overview
We are a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse seeking Warehouse Picker and Order Processor to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely shipments
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately based on pick lists or system-generated orders.
- Pack orders securely in accordance with company standards and carrier requirements.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
- Verify product quantities, SKUs, and order accuracy before shipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipment issues.
- Assist with special projects, kitting, relabeling, and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
✔ Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Rate: $14.50 per hour
After training: Raise to $16.00 per hour
Insurance Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance available after 90 days.
Paid Holidays Off: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Paid Time Off:
- 1 Year of Service: 40 hours of paid vacation
- 2 Years of Service: 80 hours of paid vacation
Sick Pay: 20 hours after 1 year of service
Paid Lunch Break: Full-time employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM, Monday-Friday).
Work Hours: Overtime may be available but is not common.
