The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is primarily responsible for running and supporting the region. The ROM will help ensure that Market Centers implement systems, models, and tools that result in effective recruiting through market share appointments, increased retention, and increased productivity throughout their region.
The ROM is a person who relishes the opportunity to implement and manage multiple operating systems. Growth:
- Implement growth systems, models, and tools with market center leadership.
- Assist Regional Director/Area Director with franchise and market center growth, including screening of candidates, scheduling of appointments, development and maintenance of top recruit database, marketing support and materials.
- Support launching Market Centers by creating MC leadership training systems
- Serve as point of contact for collection of paperwork during the application process
- Research and strategize with the Regional Director/Area Director to determine opportunities for increased growth and profitability
Market Center Financials and Support:
- Oversee and coordinate regional compliance with KWRI, market center budgets and variances, monthly regional reports, credit card and event reconciliations, monthly financial reviews, and transmittal support
- Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and/or complaints.
- Support MCA’s in the region
- Take notes on regional one-on-ones
- Be on KWRI and regional weekly calls (Growth Call, Regional Leadership Zoom)
- Facilitate the weekly regional zooms
- Market Center visits as needed/requested
- Handle all FDD’s, Confidentiality Agreements and roster updates
- Bi-weekly Compliance call with KWRI
Regional Operating Systems:
- Implement and manage all systems including: marketing, database/contact management and back office duties and any initiatives that the region/KWRI implements
- Create and maintain a regional operations manual
- Screen and follow up with potential candidates, schedule recruiting appointments, and supports recruiting presentations
- Manage Regional office (physical and virtual) supplies and materials
- Create and implement systems to support growth and retention
Event Planning and Management:Work in partnership with our Regional Marketing Director/ RTT
- Develop and implement a world-class training program at the Regional Level, using tools such as the Multi-Year Trends report to analyze regional training needs
- Manage the regional vendor program
- Plan and execute annual regional awards event
- Plan and execute our Mega Agent Summit event
- Oversee the regional training calendar, coordinate instructors and panelists, secure venues and negotiate costs, event promotion and marketing, travel arrangements, on-site registration, and logistics, assist in securing sponsorships, coordinate all regional leadership meetings, and complete event financial reconciliations
Regional Marketing and Communications:Work in partnership with our Regional Marketing Director/ RTT
- Develop and maintain regional marketing channels including calendar and relevant social media
- Prepare regional business communications and marketing pieces
- Prepare monthly regional newsletter
Coordination and travel for KWRI and Region events:
- Attend KWRI events as directed by the Regional Director, including FSO, Family Reunion, Mega Leadership Camp, regional leadership meetings, Regional education events.
- Set-up, confirm and coordinate all business travel for Regional team as needed
